Tuition is due
on the first of the month beginning
August 1st, 2011 through May 1st,
2012. Tuition is paid through
Tuition Management Systems (TMS).
A $40 enrollment fee per family
(not per child) is paid directly to
the tuition company.
There is a
Non-Refundable General Fee of $300
per child for grades PRE-K – 8
to help with the costs associated
with such expenses as: Computer
Lab, Lunch Supervision, Textbooks
and Workbooks, Archdiocesan
Assessment Insurance, ITBS Testing
Fees, Duplicating Paper, Classroom
Supplies, and Archdiocesan Mandated
Computerized Attendance and
Grading. The General Fee is due
upon acceptance payable by money
order or certified check.
Two
Mandatory Fundraisers totaling $125.
While there are several fundraisers
throughout the school year, the
following two major fundraisers
require mandatory participation from
all families: St. Francis
Xavier Feast Day Raffle: Each
family is responsible for buying or
selling at least two Raffle tickets
for $50 each. Grand prize is
$10,000 cash. Drawing is December
3rd, the Feast of St. Francis
Xavier. Card Party:
A $25 donation is required for each
family by February 1st.
Qualifications for Plan A Tuition
Rate:
Families who are Registered and
Active Parishioners of St. Francis
Xavier Parish who attend Sunday Mass
here every week and use their
envelopes for church contributions.
A minimum of $520 a year ($10 a
week) is required to qualify for
Plan A. Please note that
this is a minimum contribution. It
is the obligation of every Catholic
to support their Parish with a
sacrificial donation according to
their means. |
